Mexican Stand Off

Method
Side 1
Pre heat oven to 180°C. Chop sweet potatoes into wedges and place on a baking tray with olive oil and generously cover with Mexican Stand Off Spice Blend. Cook for 35-40mins
Side 2
Rub corn with a little bit of olive oil and evenly dust with Mexican Stand Off Spice Blend. Cook in the oven for 30mins or works great on the bbq.
