Roasted Cauliflower Bites

With Tahini Dressing

Method

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 180°C. Pick cauliflower florets, start from the bottom of the cauliflower and work your way up to the top keeping the stalks in tact. Cover in olive oil and spice, put into the oven for 25mins.

Step 2

Make the tahini dressing. Combine tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and pinch of salt. (add a splash or two of warm water to help loosen the mix).

Step 3

Put cooked cauliflower florets into a bowl, add tahini dressing, finish off with fresh parsley and pomegranates .
