Method
Dressing
Finely dice half a red chilli (keep seeds). Zest and juice of lime, add soy sauce and fish sauce. Mix well.
Step 1
First cook ground mince for 5 mins, add shallots and Kick Bang Thai Spice Blend. Mix well and cook until you get some nice colour on the mince. Add in half of the dressing and cook for another 3-5mins.
Step 2
Put mince into gem lettuce leaf and garnish with fresh chilli, spring onion, mint leafs and serve with the Thai Dressing.
