Halloumi burger

Method
Pre heat oven to 180°C. Cut sweet potato into 4 wedges toss them in a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with Jerk Jamin'. Cook in the oven for about 35mins.
Cut in half halloumi block, slice some peppers and fry in a pan with some olive oil and sprinkle some Jerk Jamin' Spice blend over it. In the mean time smash up some avocado with a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt. Slice some red onions (if pickling is to much faff just use them as they are).
Use the same pan to toast burger buns. Once everything has cooked fill your burger. Spread the smashed avocado on the bottom bun, add rocket leaf, halloumi, peppers, sweet potatoes, pickled onions, more rocket and squirt some aioli on the top bun.
