Method
Step 1
Finely chop parsley & red chilli, grate garlic and add Italian spice blend. Put everything into mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add a splash of red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and mix well.
Tip
Flatiron steaks are best served medium rare, take off heat at 48 °C internal temp and rest for up to 10mins.
